Assunto nel ’93 dopo essere diventato dottore Commercialista, nell’ambito della funzione amministrativa ha assunto sempre maggiori responsabilità fino a ricoprire nel 2011 la carica di AD e dal 2024 Presidente del Gruppo. Da sempre il suo focus strategico è l’attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti, che considera la base per offerte di prodotti e servizi personalizzati, con attenzione crescente alla sostenibilità ambientale e sociale. Promuove politiche innovative nella gestione dei collaboratori, riconoscendo in essi un valore fondamentale soprattutto per una realtà come bofrost* che si basa sulla vendita diretta. Gianluca Tesolin’s entire professional carreer took place in bofrost* Italia SpA. Hired in ’93 after becoming certified public accountant , within the administrative funcition he took on more and more responsabilities until in 2011 he was appointed CEO and since July 2024 Chairman of the Group.His strategic focus has always been on customer needs, which he considers the basis for customized product and service offer, with increasing attention to environmental and social sustainability.
