Fabio De Ferrari è un manager di lunga esperienza in campo tecnologico e assicurativo. Negli ultimi 20 anni di carriera ha ricoperto i seguenti ruoli: COO (Chief Operating Officer) di Allianz Deutschland in Germania dal 2018 al 2021, COO di Allianz Partners e delle controllate Allianz Global Assistance e Allianz Worldwide Care con responsabilità mondiali dal 2014 al 2018, Direttore Generale del Gruppo Cedacri in Italia dal 2008 al 2012, Responsabile Operations di Allianz Italia e Direttore Generale di GeSI (Società IT del gruppo RAS) in Italia dal 2005 al 2008. In precedenza, è stato in McKinsey Italia dal 2001 al 2005, in Gartner Group Italia nel 2000, e in Hewlett Packard dal 1991 al 1999, dapprima in UK, poi in Francia ed infine in Italia, con responsabilità via via crescenti. In REVO è promotore oltre che COO, e ha contribuito alla nascita di una nuova realtà assicurativa in Italia, in forte crescita, specializzata nel segmento delle piccole e medie imprese.
Fabio De Ferrari is a manager with long experience in operations and in applying technology to innovate the operating models in the financial industry. In the last twenty years he has had the following roles: COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Allianz Deutschland in Germany (2018-2021); COO based in Germany of Allianz Partners, and hence of the controlled entities Allianz Global Assistance and Allianz Worldwide Care, with worldwide responsibility (2014- 2018); General Manager of the Cedacri Group in Italy (2008-1012); Director of Operation and General Manager of the IT company of the RAS Group in Italy (2005-2008). Previously he was Associate Principal in McKinsey Italy (2001-2005), Director in Gartner Group Italy (2000) and in Hewlett Packard in UK, France and then Italy (1991-1999). In his current role in REVO Insurance he is promoter as well as COO, contributing to the success of a new reality in the Italian insurance market, focused on the small and medium enterprises segment.
